Wanda "Granny" Elizabeth Boyd of Lubbock was born October 14, 1926 in Sapulpa, OK to Daniel Lewis & Evie Elizabeth (Casey) Armontroutt. She married Lee Roy Boyd on Jan. 26, 1946 in Azle, Tx after a courtship of 11 days. She had a great love of music, especially Elvis Presley, was a great cook & will be missed most for her mac & cheese & feisty personality. Her family was her most prized possession & she loved her cats. Granny was the definition of strong-willed-it was her way or the highway.

Her husband of 51 years, Lee Roy Boyd; daughter: Joyce & her husband Royce Pelham; 4 brothers, 1 sister, great-grandchild: Tori Manley & her best friend of 53 years: Robena Watts, all preceded her in death.
