Virgil Holt, 82, went to be with the lord on October, 31, 2025.  He was Born July, 15, 1943, to Lawrence Russel Holt and Dora May Johnson in Mound City Kansas. He was the sixth of their nine children.  He married Charlene Richardson in Las Vegas Nevada on March 10th 1990.  He earned the title of Master Sargent in the United States Air Force where he served proudly for 22 years.

He was a man of few words who loved his family dearly. He loved the outdoors and loved to travel. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.

His loved ones including his father Lawrence, his mother Dora, His brothers Russell Jr. Holt, Everett L. Holt, Lloyd D. Holt, Lawrence B. Holt, Freddie E. Holt and His sister Dora A. Holt preceded him in death and were waiting at the gates for him.

Those left to Cherish his memory include his wife Charlene, Two Siblings, Roger D. Holt and Rita M. Rhodes, Two sons: Virgil Allen Holt Jr. and Russell Marvin Holt, Two stepsons: William E. Wartes and Charles A. Clark, Numerous nieces and nephews, and grandchildren.

Services will be at 10:00am Wednesday November 5, 2025 at Wilsons' Funeral Directors Chapel in Wolfforth with Bruce McBee officiating.  Graveside services will be at 10:00am Friday November 7, 2025 at Marvin Cemetery, Little River Co. Road, South Wallace, Arkansas under the care of Wilsons' Funeral Directors of Wolfforth.
