Ted Lee Muncy, 78, of Wolfforth was born February 16, 1946 in Tyler, TX to Delbert Creighton Muncy & Betty Ruth (Adams) Muncy.  He graduated from Seminole High School and went on and got a Bachelors degree at Kilgore Junior College.  He joined the United States Navy for a short while due to epilepsy.  He was a paramedic and worked on the ambulance in Seminole, TX.  He was a retired Charge Nurse LVN.  Ted married Nancy Smith August 7,1974 in Brownfield, TX.  He enjoyed fishing, football, & enjoyed playing his trumpet.  He played in a band called the Lubbock Concert Band.  But most of all he enjoyed being with his family.

Ted went to be with the Lord Sunday, October 27, 2024.  His parents preceded him in death.

Those left to cherish his memories are his loving wife: Nancy, his 3 children: Scotty Paul Muncy & wife Amy, Chastity K'Lynn Lutter & husband Chris, and Shauna LeAnne Davis & husband Doug, 11 grandchildren: Rachel Deann Muncy, Montana Rae Davis, Scotty Paul Muncy, Jr., Levi Dakota Davis, Kiyah Uneek Villasenor, Kenli Ragin Muncy, Riley Gray Lutter, Garrett Ryan Davis, Alaina Kelly Muncy, Riker James Lutter & Regan Sarai Lutter, his sister, Verlois Moody & husband Ronnie, a niece: Michelle Dawn Moody & husband Ronnie & a nephew Shawn Beckett & wife Amy, 4 great-nieces & 2 great-nephews along with his Aunt Sharon.

Cremation is under the care of Wilsons' Funeral Directors of Wolfforth.  Entombment will be in Wilsons' Funeral Directors Cemetery with his mother, Betty Muncy.  Services will be announced at a later date.
