Obituary

Syble Mozelle Harper, 90, of Lubbock was born September 4, 1920 in Sulpher Springs, TX to Irby & Lola J. (Manning) Smith. She was a Charter Member of Southcrest Baptist Church. She was a substitute teacher, worked on her family's farm, & was a very skilled piano player & seamstress.

Mozelle passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2010 in Ralls.
She is preceded in death by her parents & her sister Cevola Neal.

She was survived by her special friend: Bob Davis of Lubbock; her son: Gene Harper of Royce City, TX; 3 Grandchildren: Julia Smith of Austin, Jay Harper of Royce City, TX & Courtney Williamson of Keller, TX; 9 Great Grandchildren: Mel, Dustin, Rex, Lindsey, Chad, Magen, Chasey, Sydney, & Morgan; 5 Great-Great-Grandchildren: Hayden, Dalton, Corbie, & identical twins, GiGi & Kendley; and 2 nephews: David & Keith Neal.

A private family service will be held on Monday. Entombment was in Wilsons' Funeral Directors Cemetery in Wolfforth under the care of Wilsons' Funeral Directors of Wolfforth.
