Ricky "Denver" Royce Bedwell, 68, of Lubbock was born February 23,1955 in Morton, TX to Warner Eugene Bedwell & Dorothy Dean (Lamb) Bedwell.  He graduated from Morton High School.  He enjoyed camping and fishing, watching cartoons with his grandsons, and teaching them how to play baseball. Rick liked rock music and was learning how to play the guitar.  He was a member of Southcrest Baptist Church.

Rick went to be with the Lord Tuesday, February 28, 2023.  His son: Jeffery Lance Bedwell (4-26-2001), his brother: Eddie Gene Bedwell (5-7-2021) and his Mother: Dorothy Dean (Lamb) Bedwell (7-2-22) all greeted him at the gates of Heaven.

Those left to cherish his memories are his daughter: Lacy Dawn Elliott, 2 grandsons: Sadler Jess Elliott and Walker Lance James, his sister: Le-Deana Roxan Gray & husband Eddie, his nephews & nieces, and a host of friends.

Memorial services will be at 2:00pm Friday, March 10, 2023 at Wilsons' Funeral Directors Chapel in Wolfforth.  Services and Inurnment will be in Wilsons' Funeral Directors Cemetery under the care of Wilsons' Funeral Directors of Wolfforth.
