Richard Lee Hernandez of Dallas was born June 13, 1970 in Lubbock, TX. He was the first child of Mary Sue Hernandez. He graduated from Frenship High School in 1988 and soon moved to Dallas. He worked at Walmart for several years. He loved 1980 pop music & had a grand collection. He also was very fond of his 2 cats. Richard was outgoing, fun loving & is greatly missed by his family & friends.

Richard's untimely death was in September 10, 2008 at the age of 38years, 2 months & 27 days. His Grandmother, Consuelo Hernandez preceded him in death April 4, 2003.

Those left to cherish his memory were his mother, Mary Sue Hernandez (before she passed away 8-23-2010) his grandfather, Juan Hernandez; his sister: Rachel & her husband Jesse Enriquez; 2 brothers: Rene and John Garcia; 3 Aunts: Nita Vasquez, Isabel & her husband Henry Pena, Janie & her husband Pete Moreno; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces & nephews, along with cousins and his best friend: Rudy Araiza.

Rosary will be held 7:00pm Monday Aug. 30, 2010 at Rachel's home. Memorial services along with his Mom's services will be at 10:00am Tuesday, August 31, 2010 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father Andres Mendoza officiating.
