Ray Wesley Kinserlow, Jr., 73, of Lubbock was born August 10, 1945 in Brownfield, TX to the late Ray Kinserlow, Sr. and Susie (Green) Kinserlow. He grew up in Seagraves, TX, graduating from Seagraves High School. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. He received a bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University. He lived most of his life in Lubbock.

Ray went to be with the Lord Thursday, June 20, 2019.

His sister, Ann Ortt of Huntington Beach, California and a cousin Mike Flemmons of Wolfforth will cherish his memories.

Cremation is under the care of Wilsons' Funeral Directors of Wolfforth.
