Ramon G. Garza's Obituary
Ramon G. Garza, 76, of Wolfforth was born March 12, 1933 in Manor, TX to the late Cluado & Margarita (Gonzales) Garza. He was a farmer for 20 years and then he was a truck driver for Lubbock Implement delivering farm equipment. He married Amparo Singleterry June 25, 1958 in Lubbock. He was one of Jehovah's Witnesses.
He passed away Monday, March 16, 2009.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years: Amparo of Wolfforth, 2 daughters: Sylvia & husband Jesus Tirado of Lubbock and Deborah Garza of Wolfforth, 2 sons: Joel Garza and Daniel & wife Mishalle Garza all of Lubbock, 4 grandchildren: Adam, Chrystal, and Karin Tirado, and Abigail Garza; 1 great-granddaughter: Amberlynn Tirado; 3 brothers: Alfredo "Fred" Garza of Lubbock, Antonio "Tony" Garza of Wolfforth, Abel Garza of Austin; 4 sisters: Annie, Evangilina, Mary, & Aurelia "Cookie".
Viewing will begin Friday, March 20, 2009 at 9:00am at Wilsons' Funeral Directors Chapel. Services will be at 2:00pm Friday in the same chapel. Burial will be at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park under the care of Wilsons' Funeral Directors of Wolfforth
