Michael "Mike" Lynn Pennington, 47, of New Orleans, LA was born August 19, 1972 in Hayden, Indiana to Charles Edward Pennington and Carolyn Sue (Hiscox) Chapman. Mike enjoyed camping & fishing. He traveled to many places, working on the refinery and removing oil from sand in Canada. He also worked on cruise lines, traveling the Pacific.

He went to be with the Lord Friday, November 29, 2019 in New Orleans, LA.

Those left to cherish his memories are his parents: Carolyn & Bobby Chapman, his brother Mark Pennington, sister: Jennifer Key, numerous Aunts, Uncles, nieces & nephews, along with a host of friends.

Services will be at 10:00am Thursday, December 5, 2019 at Wilsons' Funeral Directors Chapel with Pastor Dan Preston of Bethany Baptist Church officiating. Viewing will begin at 9:00am Thursday until service time. Burial will follow at the Hale Center Cemetery in Hale Center, TX under the care of Wilsons' Funeral Directors of Wolfforth.
