Michael James Green, 49, of Wolfforth was born March 10, 1974 in Orange County, CA to Louis & Cindy (Smith) Green.  He attended Frenship High School.  Michael worked for Albertsons as the front end night manager for several years.  He enjoyed bike riding playing pool, going to casinos, but most of all, he loved his mom and dad.  He took great care of them.

Michael passed away Saturday, September 23, 2023.  His brother: Sonny Green, and an Aunt Cathy Dodson preceded him in death.  His mother: Cindy Green also passed away September 23, 2023.

Those left to cherish his memories are his father Louis Green, his brother Stephen Green & wife Brenda, his nephew Brice Green, 5 step nieces & nephews, 7 step-great nieces & nephews, Aunt Karen Peck, Uncle Everett Dodson, & cousins Jason Rieger, James Rieger, Crystal Andrews, Curtis Dodson, & Preston Dodson.

The family will greet friends from 6 to 8pm Thursday October 5, 2023 at Wilsons' Funeral Directors Chapel in Wolfforth.  Services will be at 1:00pm Friday October 6, 2023 at Rock City Church at 5833 4th St. in Lubbock with Pastor Jeff McCreight officiating.  Cremation and burial of ashes with his mother, will be under the care of Wilsons' Funeral Directors of Wolfforth at a later date.

The family is inviting everyone for food and fellowship at the St. John Neumann Catholic Church at 5802 22nd St, Lubbock, TX 79407 at 3:00pm after the services
