Michael "Mike" Eugene Wayland,
46, of Lubbock was born July 15,
1966 in Lubbock to Terry and Peggy (Godfrey) Wayland. Mike enjoyed fishing, camping, and hunting. He was a member of the Indian Guide Troop when he was little. He graduated from Monterey High School in 1984.

Mike passed away Sunday, July 15, 2012.

Those left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Ashley Wayland of Dallas; son, Drew Wayland of Lubbock; parents, Terry and Peggy; maternal grandmother, Dorothy Godfrey of Comanche, Texas; two brothers,
Terry Wayland, Jr. of Naples, FL and Corey Wayland of Ft. Myers, Florida; his two uncles and aunt; three nieces; and a host of friends.

Graveside services will be in Whitepoint Cemetery in
Comanche, Texas. Cremation services are under the care of
Wilsons' Funeral Directors of
Wolfforth.
