Martin Rivera, 41, of Corpus Christi, Tx and formerly of Lubbock was born August 9, 1983 in Brownfield, Tx to Lucas & Petra (Gonzales) Rivera. He attended Ropesville High School.  Martin enjoyed fishing and was very talented at it.

Martin went to be with the Lord Wednesday, September 25, 2024 in Corpus Christi, TX.  His parents, his brother: Rogelio Mireles Sr., & his nephew: Roman Solis were all waiting for him at Heaven's gate.

Those left to cherish his memories are his son: Alexander Lucas Rivera, 3 sisters: Berta Mireles (Poncho Maldonado) of Pompano Beach, FL., Alicia Perez (Edward) of Corpus Christi, TX., & Julie Rivera (Harvey Solis) of Levelland, 4 brothers: Roberto & Joe Mireles (Julie) both of Ropesville, Rosalio Mireles (Christina) of Brownfield, Luis Mireles (Brenda) of Balinger Tx, 23 nieces & nephews.

Memorial services will be at 10:00am Saturday November 30, 2024 in Wilsons' Funeral Directors Chapel in Wolfforth with Pastor Eric Martinez officiating.  Burial of his ashes will follow at the Ropesville Cemetery.
