Mark Edward Pennington

Mark Edward Pennington, 55, was born May 11, 1971 in North Vernon, Indiana to Charles Edward Pennington & Carolyn Sue Hiscox. Mark graduated from Frenship High School.  He worked as a security guard and other odds and end jobs. Mark enjoyed playing bingo and coloring art.

Mark went to be with the Lord Tuesday, June 16, 2026. He is preceded in death by his father: Charles Pennington & his brother: Michael Pennington (11-29-2019).

Those left to cherish his memories are his mom & dad: Carolyn & Bobby Chapman, sister: Jennifer Key, 2 nephews & a niece: Francis, James, & Kymber Key, Aunts & Uncles: Verna “Sissy” & Thomas Dean, Larry & Trina Chapman, Brenda & Gene Capps, and numerous friends.

Celebration of life services will be at 10:00am Monday, June 22, 2026 at Wilsons’ Funeral Directors Chapel in Wolfforth with Pastor David Wood of Bethany Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow at Hale Center Cemetery, Hale Center, under the care of Wilsons’ Funeral Directors of Wolfforth.
