Lyndia Kaye Speck, 81, of Lubbock was born October 4, 1944 in Beaumont, TX to Bill Boatman & Geraldine (Walker) Boatman.  She married Glen Speck June 24, 1960 in Lubbock.  He passed away March 16, 2015 after 55 years of marriage.  Lyndia enjoyed playing Bingo but most of all she enjoyed her family.

Lyndia went to be with the Lord Sunday, December 21, 2025.  Her parents:  Bill Boatman & Geraldine (Walker) Boatman, her step-father: Curtis Herring, and her husband Glen Speck were all waiting for her at Heaven's gate.

Those left to cherish her memories are her 4 sons: Barry, Randy, Danny & wife: Terri, & Ronnie Speck, 14 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, her sister: Nancy Forrest, and a brother: Michael Herring.

Celebration of Lyndia's life services will be at 1:00pm Saturday December 27, 2025 at Transformation Church, 7202 Woodrow Rd, Lubbock, TX 79382 with Pastor Ronnie Speck officiating.  Flowers may be sent to the church.

Cremation is under the care of Wilsons' Funeral Director of Wolfforth.
