Linda Gayle Adams, 76, of Lubbock was born January 10, 1947 in Odessa, TX to Jerrold Dean Ramsay & Eula Darlene (Meriweather) Ramsay. She married Wayne Elton Adams December 25, 1967 in Lubbock.  He passed away February 8, 1992.  She was a teacher at Bayless Elementary for 30 years and loved working with all the children. Linda enjoyed gardening and sewing.

Linda went to be with the Lord Tuesday, June 6, 2023.  Her parents, husband, granddaughter: Adrienne Renee Lopez-Kitchner, & 3 siblings: Jerrold Wayne Ramsay, Danny Carl Ramsay, & Donald Lynn Ramsay all were waiting at Heaven's gate to greet her.

Those left to cherish her memories are her son: Shane Wade Adams & wife Mary Jane of Corpus Christi, her daughter: Tammela "Tami" Dawn Poole & husband Larry of Lubbock, 2 grandchildren: Stephanie Rhae Lopez, and Aaron Lopez, 3 great-grandchildren: Sebastian Picasso, Sophie Lopez, & Danaerys Barker, her brother: Mikelle Eugene Ramsay & wife Kristi of Tennessee, her sister: Jacqulynn Dean Smith of Plainview, and her special fur babies: Macee, Mr. French, Wilbur, and Daisy.

The family will greet friends from 5 to 7pm Monday, June 12, 2023 at Wilsons' Funeral Directors Chapel in Wolfforth.  Graveside services will be at 1:00pm Tuesday June 13, 2023 at Resthaven Memorial Park with Chaplain Josh Reglin officiating.  Services are under the care of Wilsons' Funeral Directors of Wolfforth.
