Kyle Lee Faver, beloved son, brother, brother-in-law, and uncle left this
earthly life to live a heavenly life with his Father on September 18, 2010. His
memorial will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 25th at Agape United Methodist
Church, 1215 Slide Rd. Visitation will be Friday, September 24th at the home of
his mother, Mrs. Norma Favers, 5204 43rd St, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.
Kyle was born June 15, 1960 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Grover Hilton "Gill" and
Norma Frances Allen Favers. He graduated from Coronado High School in Lubbock,
Texas and furthered his education with a Master's of Science Degree, with a
specialty in Plant and Soil Science Physiology from Texas Tech University. He
was employed for several years by the Texas A & M Blackland's Research Station
in Temple, Texas.
He was an avid Nascar, Dallas Cowboys, and Texas Tech football fan. He loved
fast cars, fast boats, and fast motorcycles, especially his Ninja. He also
loved to water ski and competed semi-professionally.
Kyle is survied by his mother and sister, Norma and Karen Favers of Lubbock, his
sister, brother-in law, and nephews, Kim, Mark, Nathan, and Trey Parrish of
Lubbock, and nephew, neice-in-law, and grandneices Chad, Kristy, Avery, and
McKenna Cunningham of Houston.
The family suggests memorials to the Texas Tech Alumni Association.
Cremation is under the care of Wilsons' Funeral Directors of Wolfforth, TX.
