Kenneth Ray Wilson, 75, of Wolfforth was born May 25, 1950 in Paris, TX to Edgar Thurman Wilson & Jessie Thelma (Smith) Wilson. He drove a truck for Great Plains Steel for 15 years before retiring in 2015. He married Judy Stacker May 27, 1990. She passed away November 8, 2021 after 31 years of marriage. Kenneth enjoyed watching tv, especially western movies.
Kenneth went to be with the Lord Thursday, January 29, 2026. His parents: Edgar & Jessie Wilson, his wife Judy Wilson, & 9 siblings were all waiting for him at Heaven's gate.
Those left to cherish his memories are his 2 sons: Kenny Wilson, Jr. (Natasha) & Billy Jack Wilson (Wendi), his daughter: Lacie Hyatt (Steve), 8 grandchildren: Haley Wilson, Kenneth Ray Wilson, III, Breanna Wilson, Cheyanne Wilson, Tyler Wilson, Justice Wilson, Xander Wilson, & Kord Wilson, 3 great-grandchildren: Marsden Wilson, Kenneth Ray Wilson, IV, & Ryleigh Wilson, 3 siblings, Carolyn Brodrick, David Wilson, & Nancy Hokit (Everett), along with his fur buddy: Minnie whom he adored.
Graveside services will be at 11:00am Wednesday February 4, 2026 at the City of Lubbock Cemetery with Pastor Jerry Howe of South Park Baptist Church officiating. Services are under the care of Wilsons' Funeral Directors of Wolfforth.
