Kathleen Maud Buckner, 98, of Lubbock was born October 16, 1925 in Publow, England which is a village in Somersat, England.  Her parents were Charles Hoddinott & Florance Duckett-Hoddinott.  Kathleen was a nurse during the war in England.  She married Ewell B. Buckner September 12, 1945 in Publow, England.  He passed away December 21, 1999.  She was a member of Northside Church of Christ.

Kathleen went to be with the Lord Friday, December 6, 2024.  Her parents & her husband were waiting for her at Heaven's gate.

Those left to cherish her memories are her son & daughter-in-law: Rex & Jenny Buckner of Lubbock, 2 grandchildren, her siblings: Eilene Hunt, Gladys Hearn, & Less Hoddinott all of England.

No services are planned at this time.  Entombment will be in Wilsons' Funeral Directors Cemetery in Wolfforth under the care of Wilsons'  Funeral Directors.
