Katherine Maurine Proctor, 91, of New Braunfels, TX was born February 14, 1917 in Whitney, TX to the late Madison Donald & Abbie (Rounsaville) Fewell. She was a Director at the Presbyterian Medical Center & she also worked for 31 years as the Office Manager of Lubbock Printing Co. She married Rev. S.Q. Proctor. He preceded her in death. 2 Brothers: I.D. "Denzel" Fewell of Mesquite & James "Jim" A. Fewell & 2 Sisters: Mary Barger & Ruth Cauthen also preceded her in death.
Ms. Proctor passed away Friday August 22, 2008 at her residence in New Braunfels.
She is survived by her sister: Isla Mae "Scottie" Harber of New Braunfels & 9 Nieces & Nephews: Gary Harber, Dale Harber , and Geri Harber all of New Braunfels , James "Jim" A. Fewell, Jr. of Dimmitt, Tim Fewell of The Colony, Kimberly "Kim" Fewell of Houston, Denzel Ray Fewell of San Marcos, Larry Fewell of Mesquite , Lorrinda Alexander of Ovila, TX and host of Great Nieces & Great Nephews.
Entombment is in Wilsons' Funeral Directors Mausoleum . A memorial at the Mesquite Cumberland Presbyterian Church will be at 3:00pm Saturday, Sept. 6, 2008 in Mesquite, TX. A memorial service in Wolfforth will be at a later date. Arrangements are under the care of Wilsons' Funeral Directors of Wolfforth.
