Juanita Escobedo's Obituary
Juanita Escobedo, 80, of Ropesville was born April 22, 1929 in Austin, TX to the late Cesario and Patrocina (Hernandez) Salas. She married Abelino Escobedo April 3, 1953 in Kennedy, TX and he preceded her in death Nov. 20, 2004 after 51 years of marriage.
Juanita passed away at 1:31am Friday, June 12, 2009 at her residence. Her son: Jose Manuel Garza preceded her in death.
Juanita is survived by 13 children: Josefin Rodriguez, Bertha Escobedo, Bobby Escobedo, Patsy Castillo, Abelino Escobedo, Jr., Juan Escobedo, Sr., John Escobedo, Rose Mary Segovia, Manuel Luna, Yvonne Carrasco, Orlando Trejo, Michael Trejo & Jeremy Solis; 26 Grandchildren, 36 Great-Grandchildren; 3 Brother: Donacio Salas, Adan Salas, Sr., and Cesario Salas, Sr.
Rosary will be at 7 p.m. Monday at Wilsons' Funeral Directors Chapel. Services will be at 10:00am Tuesday in the same chapel. Interment will be in Ropesville Cemetery under the care of Wilsons' Funeral Directors of Wolfforth.
