Rosary for Jose M. Trevino, 91, of Lubbock will be at 7:00pm Sunday, Feb. 21, 2010 at Wilsons' Funeral Directors Chapel in Wolfforth. Mass will be at 10:00am Monday, February 22, 2010 at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Peaceful Gardens under the care of Wilsons' Funeral Directors of Wolfforth.

Jose passed away Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2010 in Shoshoni, WY. He is preceded in death by his parents, four sons: Jose H, Roberto, Valentine, and Nicolas Trevino and 7 brothers and sisters.

Jose was born August 18, 1918 in San Benito, TX to Valentine & Virginia (Serrano) Trevino. He married Margarita G. Gonzales in June of 1938 in San Benito, TX. She preceded him in death. He was a plumber's assistant and later owned a landscaping business. He was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church.

He is survived by 12 children: Irma Benavidez of Lubbock, Ricardo of Irving, Syliva Flanagan of Shoshoni, WY, Virginia Carpenter of Liberal, KS, Rosa (Trinidad Sr.) Hernandez of Lubbock, Jose (Masako) Trevino of Euless, TX, Susie (Saul) Soto of Garden City, KS, Jaynee (Eddie) Martinez & Maggie (Juan) Garcia both of Lubbock, David of Euless, TX, Laura (Miguel) Gonzalez of Liberal, KS, and Donna Trevino of Lubbock; 36 Grandchildren, 94 Great-Grandchildren, 53 great-Great-grandchildren and his sister Soledad Pesina of Edcouch, TX
