Johnnie E. Talley, 80, of Lubbock was born September 12, 1931 in Richland Springs, TX to John and Maude (Townsend) Talley. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp. He worked for Nabisco Brands for 33 ½ years. Johnnie married Patti Baker August 31, 1973 in New Mexico. He was a member of the Church of Christ and loved to watch baseball.

Johnnie passed away Thursday March 29, 2012.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 38 years, Patti Talley, daughter, Robin and husband Steve Sharp, grandson, Matthew, 2 sons, Larry and James Talley & his sister, Rita McLaurin who is the last of 9 brothers and sisters who preceded in death.

Military graveside services will be at 4:00pm Friday, March 30, 2012 at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park in Woodrow. Services are under the care of Wilsons' Funeral Directors of Wolfforth.
