John Robert Schroer's Obituary
John Robert Schroer, 93, of Lubbock, was born March 8, 1921 in Red Wing, Minnesota to John Rineheart Schroer and Ethel Olsen-Schroer. John was a retired brick layer and was a member of the Brick Layer Union and VFW. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army 8th Infantry Division.
John went to be with the Lord Sunday, February 22, 2015. His brother: Glenn Schroer of Oquawka, IL preceded him in death.
John is survived by his sister: Marjorie Gamm of Rochester, Minnesota; and a nephew, Glenn D. Schroer and his wife Sue of Marion, Iowa.
Entombment will be in Wilsons' Funeral Directors Cemetery of Wolfforth under the care of Wilsons' Funeral Directors of Wolfforth. No services are planned.
