Jane Gillit, 80, of Wolfforth was born October 8, 1940 in Tahoka, TX.  She graduated from Frenship High School.  She married Max Gillit December 25, 1959 in Woodrow, Tx.  She worked at Travelers Insurance for 18 years and was an operations manager for Dilliards. She was a member of the First Church of Nazarene.

Jane went to be with the Lord Monday, August 9, 2021.  Her parents, Chester & Christine (Shewmake) Studer, daughter: Anna Gillit and a brother: Perry Williams, all preceded her in death.

Those left to cherish her memories are her husband of 61 years: Max Gillit, her son: Mike Gillit, a sister: Shirley Whitson & husband Buddy, along with her dog Little Joey.

No services are planned at this time.  Cremation is under the care of Wilsons' Funeral Directors of Wolfforth.
