Obituary

James Taylor Williams, 74, of Lubbock was born October 5, 1939 in Black Jack, Texas to Frank and Lucy (Goodman) Williams. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army. He founded Advanced Refrigeration in 1980. He was a member of Roosevelt Baptist Church.

James went to be with the Lord Friday, November 8, 2013. He is preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters: Willie Lamerel, Lillie Mae Martin, and his son: Malcolm.

Those left to cherish his memories are his loving wife: Carolyn, 4 Daughters: Tammie Cox and husband Tom, Angel Hahn, Shonda Mowery and husband Brad, Carylon Cunningham and husband Ray; 2 sons: Leonard Williams and wife Sandra and Larry Williams; grandchildren: Jennifer and husband Sammy, Jason, Lynn, Allen and wife Jessica, Kyle, Eric, Derrick, Madison, Ashley and husband Justin, and Bubba; great-grandchildren: Ashlyn, Bryson, Annalee, Avery, Ivy, McKensey, Chelbie, Austin, Eugene, Jayden, Kaden, Rachel, and Carley.

The family will greet friends from 6 to 8pm Monday, Nov. 11, 2013 at Wilsons' Funeral Directors Chapel in Wolfforth. Services will be at 11:00am Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2013 in the same chapel with Pastor Bobby Magee and Pastor Kyle Sanderson officiating.
