Jackie June Buckner, 72, of Lubbock, was born April 29, 1939 in Morton, TX to Alfred T "Jack" & Sarah Virginia (Browning) Jones. She married Franklin D. "Buddy" Buckner October 28, 1957 in Lubbock. She was involved in various businesses in Muleshoe including Carolyn's Christmas Creations. She loved to quilt, macramé, go to Estate Sales, craft projects, and spend time with her family. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Muleshoe. She moved to Lubbock from Muleshoe in March 2011.

Jackie went to be with the Lord Thursday, November 3, 2011.

Those left to cherish her memories are her loving husband of 54 years, Buddy Buckner, her son Dee and wife Donna Buckner of Walnut Springs, TX, her daughter Tammy and her husband Doyle Albrecht of Abernathy, 1 sister Bobbie and her husband Robert George of Morton, TX, 5 Grandchildren Beth, Katie and Clay Buckner, Travis and Ashley Albrecht, nieces and nephews, Cindy Cherry, Randy George and numerous family members from Buddy's side.

Family will greet friends from 6 to 8 pm Friday, November 4, 2011 at Wilsons' Funeral Directors in Wolfforth.

Services will be at 10:00 am Saturday, November 5, 2011 at Wilsons' Funeral Directors Chapel with Jeff Coffman of Calvary Baptist Church of Muleshoe officiating.

Graveside services will be at 12:00pm at Resthaven Memorial Park under the care of Wilsons' Funeral Directors of Wolfforth.

Family suggests in lieu of flowers, memorials be sent to Vista Care Hospice, 1717 Norfolk Ave. #A 4th Floor, Lubbock, TX 79416

Pallbearers will be Dee Buckner, Clay Buckner, Doyle Albrecht, Travis Albrecht, Gary Buckner, and Randy George
