Ila Faye Weston, 90, of Lubbock and formerly of Alpine, TX was born April 26, 1928 in Coleman, TX to Robert Monroe Hickman and Ruth (Ammons) Hickman. She was a homemaker and enjoyed reading and crocheting. She was a member of Alpine's Hospital Association. She was also involved in the Sunshine House and Hillside Baptist Church in Alpine and an avid Domino player.

Ila went to be with the Lord Saturday, June 23, 2018. Her parents, her husband, a brother and 2 sisters preceded her in death.

Those left to cherish her memories are her 2 daughters: Ruth and husband Dennis Mote, & Linda and her husband Gary McAnally; her son: Norman Wilson, 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 11 great-great-grandchildren, and 3 nephews.

Memorial services for Ila Faye Weston will be held at Hillside Baptist Church in Alpine, Tx on July 21 at 9:30 am. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Sunshine House in Alpine, TX or American Legion Auxiliary, P. O. Box 1508, Alpine, TX 79831
