Obituary

Joy Huddleston, 77, of Lubbock was born February 7, 1943 in Big Spring, TX to Lester & Gladys Yarbrough.  Joy was a veteran of the United States Marine Corp.  She retired from the United States Postal Service after 42 years of services.  She enjoyed painting, sewing, & playing Bingo.  Joy attended the Cowboy Church.

Joy went to be with the Lord Tuesday, December 1, 2020.  Her parents and her sister: Joyce Kline preceded her in death.

Those left to cherish her memories are her 2 children: Lester "Rooster" Huddleston & Anna Elizabeth Huddleston, 2 grandchildren: Dusty Huddleston & Shelby K. Kimzey, 2 great-grandchildren: Kaser & Blazer Kimzey, & 3 siblings: Betty Pearl Gall, Eugene Yarbrough, Terry Perkins, and 3 nieces: Donnetta Roach, Heidi, & Katie Gall.

Memorial services will be at 3:00pm Saturday, December 12, 2020 at Cowboy Church of the South Plains, 406 CR 7300 in Lubbock with Pastor Steve Byrd officiating.  Cremation is under the care of Wilsons' Funeral Directors of Wolfforth
