Frances Nell Dowgar, 86, of Wolfforth was born May 16, 1934 in Lubbock, Texas to Joe Clark James & Oma Pearl Pierce-James.  She graduated from Frenship High School and enjoyed fishing, camping, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.  Frances loved life.  She married Thurston Dowgar, who preceded her in death in September of 1994.

Frances went to be with the Lord Monday, June 22, 2020.

Those left to cherish her memories are her daughter: Tammy Dowgar of Wolfforth, her son: Dusty Dowgar & wife Cathy of Willis, Tx, 4 grandchildren: Amber, Dustan, Adam, Amanda, 4 great-grandchildren: Colton, Grayson, Rylee, Charlee and 3 sisters: Geraldine Rich of Wolfforth, Wanda Brooks of Lubbock, and Nadine Karwowski of Florida.

Graveside Services will be at 10:00am Wednesday June 24, 2020 at the Wolfforth Cemetery with Monty Hillard of Quaker Ave. Baptist Church officiating.  Arrangements are under the care of Wilsons' Funeral Directors of Wolfforth.
