Elda Faye Rolen, 65, of Lubbock was born August 8, 1946 in Paris, TX to Frank and Elda Faye (Hutton) Beniefield. They passed away in March on the 16th & 24th of 2008. Elda Faye married James Edwin Rolen August 12, 1964 in Tahoka. He passed away April 11, 2011 after 46 years of marriage. She loved flowers, animals & playing scratch off lottery tickets.

Elda Faye passed away Saturday, April 14, 2012. Her son: Billy Dale Rolen preceded her in death, Oct. 8, 1993 and a brother: Larry Dale Beniefield.

Those left to cherish her memories are her children: Frank and Aaron Rolen, Rita Fischer, Jennett Azzinaro & her husband Steven; Grandchildren: Country and City Rolen, Mammi and Myranda Lewis, Lyndon and Loren Abernathy, Aubry Azzinaro, Stephanie and husband Ryan Snodgrass and Tiffany Rolen; 1 Great-Grandson: Jaden Rolen; 1 Great-Granddaughter: Payton Snodgrass; brother: Billy Dan Beniefield; and a sister: Sharon Chase.

The family will greet friends from 6 to 7pm Tuesday at Wilsons' Funeral Directors Chapel.

Services will be at 2:00pm Wednesday April 18, 2012 in the same chapel with Pastor Marshal Harris of New Direction Community Fellowship officiating.

Burial will follow at City of Lubbock Cemetery under the care of Wilsons' Funeral Directors of Wolfforth.
