Edward Russell West, 93, of Wolfforth was born March 11, 1930 in Weinert, TX to William Franklin West and Veda Edwards-West.  He served as a Corporal in the United States Army, serving in Germany from September 11, 1950 to May 26, 1952.  He was an owner in the Food Service Industry.

Edward went to be with the Lord Monday, January 22, 2024.  His parents were waiting at Heaven's gate for his arrival.

Those left to cherish his memories are his daughter Deborah "Debbie" Clark and husband Dempsey of Montezuma, North Carolina and his sister: Helen Rhae Carnes of Wolfforth.

Graveside services will be at noon Saturday, February 3, 2024 at Weinert Cemetery in Weinert, Texas.  Arrangements are under the care of Wilsons' Funeral Directors of Wolfforth.

The family suggest in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a Lubbock Hospice of your choice.
