Donald Preston Roddam, 75, of Lubbock was born January 1, 1935 in Sudan, TX to L.C. "Shorty" & Rosa (Workman) Roddam. He grew up in Muleshoe and lived in Clovis, NM for 30 years before moving to Lubbock 8 years ago. He retired from Auto Zone.


Don passed away Monday, September 6, 2010. He is preceded in death by his siblings: Wanda Simpkins and Eugene Roddam.

He is survived by his daughters: Donna and husband Richard Waite of Lubbock & Karla and husband Ken Musgrove of Clovis, NM, and his son: Ronald and his wife Liz Roddam of North Charleston, SC; his brother: Jerry Roddam & sisters: Loreta Burlesmith and Helen and her husband James Crow all of California; 5 grandchildren: Kara and Ricky Waite, Wednesdy, Jake and Anna Roddam; and 2 great-grandchildren.

There will be no services planned due to Don's request.
