David Kent Moorhead of Lubbock was born April 6, 1960 in Denver City, Texas to Bill and Vinita (Roberts) Moorhead. His father, Bill Moorhead of Denver City and his grandfather, Virrel Roberts of Littlefield preceded him in death. He was a driver for CitiBus of Lubbock.
He passed away Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at the age of 48 years 1 month and 8 days.
He is survived by 2 sons: Chad & Aaron Moorhead of Austin; his maternal grandmother: Jewel Roberts of Littlefield; his mother: Vinita Hinson Kenley of Lubbock; 3 sisters: Tanya Kay & husband Wayne Hollabaugh of Amarillo, Leslie Karen Moorhead of Wolfforth, & Kathy Moorhead of Austin; & other relatives & friends.
The family will receive friends from 1:00pm to 4:00pm, Saturday, May 24, in the Fellowship Hall of Indiana Avenue Baptist Church at 96th St. & Indiana Avenue.
