David Roy Hyatt of Lubbock was born Sunday May 1, 1955 in Plainview, TX to Wilbert James Hyatt, Jr. and Stella Jane Brink-Hyatt.  David was a true Renaissance Man. He traveled extensively selling insurance, winning multiple awards and even appearing in steps to success videos for National companies.  His success was do to his heart for people and his greatest Love, Jesus Christ. No matter how busy he was, he always made time to stop and talk to people and truly enjoyed serving others. He loved the outdoors, music and riding his motorcycles.

David went to be with the Lord Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at the age of 64 years, 4 months, & 9 days.  His parents preceded him in death.

Those left to cherish his memories are his wife: Teresa Rowlett of Lubbock, his daughter, Rachael Nicole Hyatt and his son, Jonathan Hyatt, daughter-in-law: Ale Hyatt, and their mother, Linda Burgasser all of San Marcos, TX, 2 brothers: Dale and Barry Hyatt both of Lubbock and a multitude of family and dear friends.

A celebration of life will be at 12:00pm Saturday, December 14, 2019 at Bethany Baptist Church in Lubbock.  Cremation was under the care of Wilsons' Funeral Directors of Wolfforth. TX
