Cindy Marie Green, 67, of Wolfforth was born August 25, 1956 in San Angelo, Texas to James Preston Smith and Joyce Marie Smith.  She married Louis Green April 20, 1973 in Casa Grande, Arizona.  She retired from Frito Lay after over 25 years of services.  Cindy enjoyed taking care of her family.

Cindy passed away Saturday, September 23, 2023.  Her son: Sonny Green & her sister Cathy Dodson preceded her in death.  Her son: Michael Green also passed away September 23, 2023.

Those left to cherish her memories are her husband of 50 years, Louis Green, her son Stephen Green & wife Brenda, her grandson, Brice Green, 5 step-grandchildren, 7 step-great-grandchildren, sister Karen Peck, nephews Jason Rieger, James Rieger, brother-in-law  Everett Dodson,  niece Crystal Andrews and  nephews Curtis Dodson & Preston Dodson.

The family will greet friends from 6 to 8pm Thursday October 5, 2023 at Wilsons' Funeral Directors Chapel in Wolfforth.  Services will be at 1:00pm Friday October 6, 2023 at Rock City Church at 5833 4th St. in Lubbock with Pastor Jeff McCreight officiating.  Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park under the care of Wilsons' Funeral Directors of Wolfforth.

The family is inviting everyone for food and fellowship at the St. John Neumann Catholic Church at 5802 22nd St, Lubbock, TX 79407 at 3:00pm after the services
