Chester "Chetty" Paul McGee, Jr. 66, of Lubbock was born January 1, 1952 in Lubbock to Chester McGee, Sr. & Janie (Crabb) McGee. He enjoyed fishing, story telling, and junk collecting. He was a member of the Lubbock's Elk Lodge and loved to fellowship with his friends there. Chetty was a genuine gentleman. He was a longtime employee of Coca Cola, retired from the automobile industry and was currently employed by Matthews Backhoe.

Chetty went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, March 7, 2018. His parents & a sister: Becky McGee preceded him in death.

Those left to cherish his memories are his 2 children: Trey & wife Stacey McGee and Amanda Serrato all of Arlington; 3 Grandchildren: Al Smith, Charlie & Chester Serrato; 4 Sisters: Nancy Edge, Linda Nelson, Tammie McRee, & Crystal McGee; and a brother: Bobby McGee.

The family will greet friends from 6 to 8 pm Friday March 9, 2018 at Wilsons' Funeral Directors Chapel in Wolfforth. Graveside services will be at 12:00pm Saturday, March 10, 2018 at the Wolfforth Cemetery. Services are under the care of Wilsons' Funeral Directors of Wolfforth.
