Charles "Charlie" Edward Anderson, Jr., 84, of Lubbock was born January 26, 1926 in Bend, TX to Charles Edward Anderson, Sr. and Ann (Cornelius) Anderson. He married Tommie Jo Childers, November 13, 1947 in Odessa, TX. She passed away April 28. of this year. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. He retired in 1986 from Phillips Petroleum. Charlie was a member of Riverside Church of Christ in Kerrville, TX. and loved to hunt and fish.

Charlie went to be with his Lord and Savior and beloved wife and family on Friday, September 17, 2010.

2 Brothers: Ken and Bill Anderson preceded him in death.

Those left to cherish his memory are his son: Charles "Jeff" Jefferson Anderson and his wife, Lisa of Mason, Michigan and his daughter: Sandra Kay Sumners & her husband Dale of Lubbock; 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

The family will be having a private Memorial Service.
