Billy "Bill" Wayne Jackson 73, of Lubbock was born May 23, 1947 in El Reno, OK to Glen & Lillian (Dyer) Jackson.  He married Barbara McFadden January 3, 1975 in Lubbock.  Bill received his Bachelor Degree at Oklahoma State University.  He enjoyed watching OSU play football.  Bill was a veteran of the U. S. Navy Seal in Vietnam.  He was a member of Trinity Church.

Bill went to be with the Lord Sunday, January 24, 2021.

Those left to cherish his memories are his wife of 45 years, Barbara Jackson, 2 sons: Jessie Jackson & William Jackson and his wife Josie, 7 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, his brother: Robert Jackson & wife Julie, 2 sisters: Christine Stoner & husband Marion, and Ann Jackson, along with his nieces, nephews, & great-nieces & great-nephews.

Graveside services will be at 1:00pm January 26, 2021 at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park with Pastor John T. Murdoch of Christian Life Assembly of God Church officiating.  Services are under the care of Wilsons' Funeral Directors of Wolfforth.
