Obituary

Benjamin Lindsey Cave, 93, of Lubbock went to be with the Lord Saturday, May 11, 2013. He was born August 19, 1919 in Garrett, Texas to the late Benjamin and Nellie (Lindsey) Cave. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Force during WWII. Benjamin lived life to the fullest with his family and friends at the Senior Citizen Center. He enjoyed pool, dominoes, genealogy, and was a member of the Lubbock Coin Club Association.

Those left to cherish his memory are his daughter: Elisa and husband Douglas Mills; 2 great-granddaughters: Danielle Hawley and Benny Mendez, and Tabitha Hawley; 4 great-great-grandchildren: Lexus, Emony, Isabella, and Noel.

The family will greet friends from 6 to 8pm Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at Wilsons' Funeral Directors Chapel in Wolfforth. Services will be at 2:00pm Thursday May 16, 2013 in the same chapel. Military Graveside services will follow at City of Lubbock Cemetery under the care of Wilsons' Funeral Directors of Wolfforth. www.wilsonsfuneraldirectors.com
