Aurora E. Lozano, 78, of Smyer, was born April 22, 1941 in Choate, TX to Neivus & Petra (Reyes) Escobedo. She was a devout Christian, reading her bible and listening to Christian music. Aurora enjoyed her family, grandchildren & cooking. She was a member of One Accord Baptist Church in Lubbock.

Aurora went to be with the Lord Monday, November 11, 2019. Her parents, first husband: Juan Hernandez, a son: Nestor Hernandez, 4 brothers & 3 sisters all preceded her in death.

Those left to cherish her memories are her 10 children: Fabian Hernandez, Martin Hernandez (Debbie Jones), Johnny Hernandez (Nellie), Felies Hernandez (Kathy), Mauro Lozano, Emilia Morales (Fabian), Irene Hernandez (Steve), Alysha Hernandez, Florentina Paiz (Jessie), & Alicia Lozano (Jesus), 67 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren, & 2 great-great grandchildren.

Viewing will be Wednesday & Thursday November 13 & 14, 2019 at Wilsons' Funeral Directors Chapel in Wolfforth. Services will be at 11:00am Friday, November 15, 2019 at One Accord Baptist Church at 6002 Ave. U in Lubbock with Pastor Sam Medina officiating. Burial will follow at Ropesville Cemetery under the care of Wilsons' Funeral Directors of Wolfforth.
