Arthur G. Cedillo, age 94 of Lubbock passed away on Friday, January 17, 2025 at Whisperwood Nursing Home.  He was born on April 1, 1930 in Hobson, TX to Serapia Guerra and Manuel Cedillo. His consistent work ethic was respected as a cotton farmer until his retirement.

Arthur married the love of his life, Trina Ramirez, on August 20, 1953 in Tahoka, TX.  They were married for 51 years.

He was preceded in death by his wife, his mother, father, and stepmother, Cleotilde. His siblings: Willie, Estella, Dominga, and Anita. His daughter-in-law, Tracie and an infant son, Arthur Jr.

He is survived  by his daughter, Helen Blanco and husband Larry; his son, Richard Cedillo; three sisters: Paula Ramirez, Vera Mendez, and Rose Crowson. His four grandchildren: Joel Blanco and wife, Kara; Vanessa Nowka and husband Trevor; Shannon Cedillo, and Quanah Cedillo. His three great-grandsons: Evan, Bryson, and Aiden. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

No services are planned. Interment will be under the direction of Wilson's Funeral Directors and Mausoleum of Wolfforth.
