Antonio R. Salas, 75, of Levelland, was born February 12. 1942 in Charco, Texas to Sesario & Eloisa (Reyna) Salas. He married Aniseta Herrera March 1, 1960 in Kennedy, TX. He enjoyed truck driving with his handle being "Silver Fox". He also enjoyed reading books, westerns, and working on his old trucks.

Antonio went to be with the Lord Saturday, May 6, 2017. His parents & 2 siblings: Frank Salas & Guadalupe Villarreal preceded him in death.

Those left to cherish his memories are his loving wife of 57 years: Aniseta Salas; 8 children: Robbie Salas, Tony Salas, Jr. (Elena), Patricia Vela (Jesse), Armando Salas (Cristine), Laura Cervantes (Gabreal), Alexander Salas (Debbie), Saul Salas & Alonzo Salas; 7 Siblings: Hortensia Ochoa, Sesario Salas, Jr., Sylvia Sanchez, Margarita Grimaldo, Jose Salas, Lucy Chavez, & Eddie Salas, 27 grandchildren, & 20 great-grandchildren.

Rosary will be at 7:00pm Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at Wilsons' Funeral Directors Chapel in Wolfforth. Services will be at 1:00pm Wednesday, May 10, 2017 in the same chapel. Interment will follow at Ropesville Cemetery under the care of Wilsons' Funeral Directors of Wolfforth
