Albert "Beto" Abrego, 65, of Lubbock was born July 1, 1947 in Olmito, TX to Antonio and Maria (Carranco) Abrego. He attended Dimmitt High School and then entered the Army. He loved tropical atmosphere, the sea, sand, and the ocean. He enjoyed woodworking and working in his yard and his flower beds.



Albert went to be with the Lord Saturday, April 6, 2013. His father preceded him in death.


Those left to cherish his memory are his beloved mother: Maria Rodriquez, his children: Jammie Abrego, Amanda Juetten, and Willie Abrego all of California; 8 grandchildren; his sister: Yolanda Abrego, a nephew and his precious bird: Paco.


Viewing will begin at 10:00am Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at Alliance Baptist Church with services following at 11:00am with Pastor Jesse Rincones officiating. Burial will follow at City of Lubbock Cemetery under the care of Wilsons' Funeral Directors in Wolfforth
